International Human Resource & Payroll Consultant (Global Employment Outsourcing)
Would you be a perfect fit for a young, vibrant Dutch/German team?
WHO WE ARE
The Parakar Group offers a wide spectrum of services in the domain of international employment outsourcing. Our focus is on providing solutions to companies and individuals to compliantly engage in employment relationships that not only cross geographical borders and cultures, but also help bridge statutory and employment-legal context. Our services range from outsourced employment management, including HR- and payroll accounting, work permit process management to relocation services, among others.
Our clients want to employ staff in the Netherlands or another EU country, while being based on all continents. For these clients we provide umbrella employment services, making sure that their employees can carry out their work care-free for them in the designated countries. Furthermore, we manage or coordinate work permit- and relocation related services for the expats.
Due to our strong growth, we are searching for an International Human Resource & Payroll Consultant, based in the Netherlands.
You will be responsible for Dutch HR & payroll management for mostly non-European companies. You will assist these companies’ highly skilled migrants and expats regarding all relevant topics, such as Dutch payroll, migration law, work permits and relocation.
You will act as the first point of contact for the expats to ensure that they can concentrate on their job.
Apart from that, you will be a solid sparring partner for our management and your colleagues in the field of international HR management and outsourcing. You will work closely with colleagues from our subsidiaries in Germany and Ireland, as well as with employment outsourcing business partners in all time zones.
This is your job if you hold a bachelor’s degree (HBO) or have the equivalent experience and mindset. You need to be able to work pragmatically and control the entire immigration process for expats.
Our ideal candidate sees him- or herself as an expert in the field of (inter)national laws and regulations regarding employment law, payroll and work permits. Alternatively, you would be 2/2 suitable, if you can look back on multiple years of work experience and have the ambition to become an expert in the future.
You are attentive to detail regarding your work, tasks given to you and tying up loose ends. Moreover, you act proactively on things that could be improved.
You have a full understanding of the entire employment lifecycle and payroll process or have the strong desire to familiarize yourself with the topic.
You have a good and professional command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
Given our global work environment and the multicultural backgrounds that you would be dealing with daily, it is important that your flexibility and empathy know no limits.
Dealing with multiple HR tasks simultaneously does not impose a problem on you.
