Randstad overname Proffice, Zweden

Randstad Nordic AB, indirect eigendom van Randstad Holding nv, doet een bod in contanten aan de aandeelhouders van Proffice AB.

Randstad biedt SEK 25,00 in contanten per aandeel in Proffice. De totale waarde voor alle uitstaande aandelen in Proffice bedraagt ​​SEK 1.648 miljoen.
